WHAT'SREAL
All beer is made from the four primary ingredients water, hops, malt and yeast
A real ale or "cask ale" is essentially no different, but what makes all the difference is that a real ale undergoes a secondary fermentation, which keeps the yeast alive right up 'til the point when you drink it
Also no artificial gases are required since the co2 released in the fermentation pressurizes the vessel and naturally carbonates the brew which prolongs its lifespan while still preserving the aromas
This is why the quality and the taste of a living ale is bound to be more real than any ordinary beer
